We will send your items via Australia Post with full tracking provided. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once it has been sent so that you'll know where your parcel is and when it will arrive.

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. We will be happy to assist with any questions, but please direct all enquiries to Australia Post. If this situation arises, the customer can only be reimbursed if we are approved a credit by Australia Post for the lost/damaged item.
Once your order has been placed on our website no changes are able to be made. Please make sure that your shipping address, name and business name (if applicable) are correct before confirming your order.
Postage costs are unable to be refunded if a parcel is not collected or if a parcel is required to be returned to the sender due to insufficient or incorrect information.
